This Tower Subwoofer, is a work of art , and an incredibly efficent and accurate sound instrument . It easily outperformed , subwoofer models from several BIG NAME companys. This model has been heavily discounted . and here is why The Power cable detaches , and it plugs in to the cabinet BLOCKING the on/off switch. WTF!! were Engineers at MONSTER thinking , you can not turn it on or off with out pulling out the plug from the wall. OR BUYING a Monster Cabe Power protector to plug into !!! Ok BFD!! this is an amazing piece with spectacular looks , AND it puts out VERY EFFICENT BASS SOUND.
